Rechulam

Compact, colourful, and full of character, the Rechulam Japanese Maple, often known as Red Pygmy, is a beautiful dwarf variety prized for its finely divided foliage and graceful, weeping habit. Its delicate leaves emerge rich burgundy-red in spring, creating a soft, feathery appearance that adds texture and elegance to any garden.

Throughout summer, the foliage matures to deep bronze-red tones while retaining its refined beauty and striking colour. As autumn arrives, Rechulam produces a spectacular display of vibrant crimson and scarlet shades, making it a standout feature in the landscape.

Its compact size and naturally arching form make it ideal for smaller gardens, borders, rockeries, Japanese-themed planting schemes, and decorative containers. Slow growing and easy to maintain, this exceptional maple is perfect for adding year-round interest without overwhelming the space.
